One of the hardest parts of maintaining the keto diet is giving up all those carb-rich foods that you used to eat. One of the ones we missed most was [drumroll] garlic bread. When we started keto, we kissed it goodbye… literally. We actually kissed a loaf of garlic bread, and we don’t regret it. It was months before we figured out that maybe there could be a Keto Garlic Bread that we could make at home. We searched the internet trying to find a solution and we found several recipes. Not all of them were good. Instead of regurgitating one of those recipes here, we’ve taken some parts that we liked from different ones and combined them to make a super Keto Garlic Bread recipe right here! Not only is this bread delicious, it’s also keto-friendly!

Keto Garlic Bread Recipes
As we said, we looked at a number of different possibilities, and we took the parts we liked from each. We tried to make a mixture that would appeal to most people, but we will mention that there were a few variants that you may want to experiment with. Some recipes included bacon bits in the cheese mixture. A lot more included parmesan cheese being sprinkled either into the cheese mixture or over the finished product. This is cooking, so we encourage you to experiment with our recipe. Maybe you can make an even better Keto garlic Bread for your table? And where would the world be without experimentation anyway?
You may have noticed that we use almond flour in this recipe. It’s a good substitute for the grain-based flour you were used to before you started keto. You may be surprised with the things you can make using it. It’s not just Keto Garlic Bread. Anything grain based, you might be able to replicate with almond flour, so make sure that you do some experimenting with that too!
